As we all know WWE has a very keen eye on the talents wrestling at AEW. Now According to Fightful Select, AEW’s dominant force Jade Cargill is leaving AEW for WWE. It’s also said that both AEW and WWE know that Jade Cargill is WWE-bound.
Jade Cargill signed a deal with AEW at the start of the year 2020 and was granted a significant push right from the start. There was also a belief within the company’s higher-ups that she had the potential to become a prominent figure in the promotion. Her impressive winning streak continued through the initial months of the year 2021. However, her reign as TBS Champion came to an abrupt end when she was defeated by Statlander at Double or Nothing in a fifty-second squash match leading to a hiatus.
The former TBS champion took some time off after losing the championship to Kris Statlander. But Cargill made a surprise comeback to AEW during the September 9th episode of The Collision, but her reunion with the company turned out to be short. Though Cargill faced off against TBS Champion Kris Statlander at the Rampage tapings in Cincinnati, the reports suggest that Cargill might soon leave AEW for WWE.
Jade Cargill had signed a deal with AEW in the year 2020. According to reports the deal was for three years, which means that Cargill might become a free agent in the coming months. But Now Fighful Select confirms that Cargill’s days in AEW are limited and that she is WWE-bound. According to Sean Ross Seap, there is no record as to how long she has left on her AEW deal.
However, based on the current situation, it seems that her bout against Statlander at the Rampage tapings marked her final appearance with the company. While there’s no official confirmation of a WWE offer, there are widespread speculations in both organizations about her potential move. It’s important to note that plans in the wrestling world are subject to change. And these rumors might also change in the coming days.
