WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss and her husband, “On the Way Down” singer Ryan Cabrera, are praying for a baby girl. According to “ET Online,” the couple hosted a rockstar-themed gender reveal party, where Cabrera unveiled the gender by smashing a pink and blue guitar. The pink smoke indicated that they’re having a girl. The baby is due in December.
In a video, Little Miss Bliss revealed her belief that she was having a boy based on old wives’ tales such as craving salty foods and the baby’s heart rate. Cabrera jokingly attributed his prediction of a girl to “musician karma.” The couple announced their pregnancy in May, following their marriage in April 2022, after getting engaged in November 2020.
Bliss last competed in a WWE ring at the 2023 Royal Rumble on January 28, where she suffered a loss against then-“WWE Raw” Women’s Champion Bianca Belair. Before that, on the January 2 episode of “Raw,” Belair successfully defended her title against Bliss by disqualification after Bliss attacked the referee. Although Belair is currently not holding any championship gold, she held the “RAW” Women’s Championship for an impressive 400 days until Asuka defeated her on May 27 at the Night of Champions premium live event.
Since Bliss departed from the company, there have been changes to the names of both the “Raw” and “SmackDown” women’s titles. The “Raw” women’s title is now known as the WWE Women’s Championship. While the “SmackDown” Women’s title has been renamed the WWE Women’s World Championship.

Ryan says, We had always discussed having children and both desired to become parents. However, we were unsure of the perfect timing given our circumstances. Unexpectedly, it happened. Initially, we were both taken aback, wondering how we would handle the situation.
Little Miss Bliss and Ryan Cabrera appeared ecstatic sharing this happy news with fans. Alexa has been out of action for a while. She has missed several months of television due to her pregnancy.
