Becky Lynch is undoubtedly the most loved and popular women wrestler on the WWE roster. Lynch is currently feuding with Hall of Famer Trish Stratus after Stratus betrayed Lynch at RAW after Wrestlemania. The rivalry was meant to conclude at Summerslam which will be happening tomorrow night. But due to time constraints, the match was taken down from SummerSlam and was shifted to a random RAW episode. PW Insider reported that Lynch was seen in the city of Detriot hinting at her performance. Therefore, The Man Becky Lynch took to Twitter to shut down SummerSlam rumors surrounding her.
Becky Lynch has been the face of WWE’s Women’s Wrestling for a time now. Lynch has been a part of iconic rivalries and storylines. But it was during the year 2018, that Lynch found her true persona and the connection with the WWE audience. Since then Lynch never looked back and had several title runs and accomplishments in her career.
In the RAW following Wrestlemania 39, Trish Stratus attacked Lynch initiating the rivalry that continues still. Both the women had a singles match at Clash of Champions, which Stratus won with the help of Zoey Stark. Thus the rivalry continued and it was rumored that the feud would come to an end in the biggest party of the Summer. But that’s not the case as WWE dropped the match at SummerSlam due to time constraints.
PW Insider recently reported that Lynch has been spotted in the city of Detroit where SummerSlam is taking place, hinting that Lynch might make an appearance at the show. But Becky took to Twitter to reject the claims and made some hilarious comments. Becky posted her picture on Twitter and wrote, “Detroit has more palm trees and ocean than I remember.”
Seth Rollins Thanks Finn Balor for Training Becky Lynch
One match that is definitely going to happen and is easily the most anticipated match of the night would be The World Heavyweight Championship match between Finn Balor and Seth Rollins. Finn Balor and Seth Rollins have a lot of history between them. Both have famously wrestled each other in the inaugural WWE Universal Championship match at SummerSlam. But what you might not know is that Finn Balor trained Becky Lynch in the initial years of Becky Lynch’s career.
Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins are real-life couples and also have a beautiful baby daughter in their life. Seth Rollins in his latest interview with Daniel Cormier thanked Finn Balor for training Becky Lynch. Seth Rollins said, “Finn Balor is the person that trained my wife. He brought her into the industry. I owe him a lot on a personal level. I may not have a wife and a kid if it was not for him.”
