Vince McMahon is arguably the biggest name of WWE. Although he’s currently not leading the company but he’s still the top-grossing topic in the news. Jimmy Jacobs was never satisfied with working with WWE. Working for the promotion was tiring for him and he always wanted to find a way out of the promotion. Jimmy Jacobs worked as a writer for the wrestling promotion during his time.
9. Nailz
Nailz’s focus on working in WWE was clear. But in his whole spell in the promotion, he hated working with Vince McMahon. He always complained about getting paid less by the company. Following that, things even got physical between both individually. And that finally brought an end to his career.
8. Gail Kim
Gail Kim was highly unimpressed by the behaviour of the whole McMahon family. She also openly accused the whole family of being racist towards her. Kim wasn’t actually fond of working under Mr McMahon and then, she never got booked in the marches she deserved, despite being really talented.
7. Paul London
After departing from WWE, Paul London become really vocal about the company. The former Tag Team champion has also talked about he failed to get along with Vince McMahon. Paul London believes he could have been pushed further during his spell with WWE.
6. Ryback
Ryback’s aggression helped him in getting an instant push in the promotion. He was challenging the top stars of the company associated with the top championships. But a few issues with other superstars and less pay landed him in the bad notes of the former chairman. But the ultimate problem rose when WWE wanted Ryback to play a comical gimmick that he wasn’t willing to do.
5. Scott Steiner
Another superstar who hated working with Vince McMahon was Scott Steiner. He was also really vocal about his problems with the former chairman. Steiner also stated at a number of junctures that he disliked his own wrestling career with the promotion. However, he’s currently on good terms with the promotion because of NXT Champion Bron Breakker.
4. Shane Douglas
Shane Douglas would have been a huge star in the promotion but he never got the push he deserved. For a fact, he never enjoyed working for the former chairman too. Douglas was a top star during his time in ECW but that didn’t reciprocate for his run in WWE. According to Shane Douglas, Mr McMahon was also not a good leader.
3. CM Punk
CM Punk is surely the favourite child of controversy. He loves getting indulged in controversies. However, he never liked working with Vince McMahon during his spell in WWE. The main reasons behind his frustration were the lack of push to WrestleMania’s main event and having to work while being injured. It’s fair to say that he was successful in WWE but he wasn’t happy under the McMahon Family.
2. Dean Ambrose/ Jon Moxley
All three members of the Shield tasted great success in their individual careers after the disbandment of the stable. Roman Reigns is currently the face of WWE while Seth Rollins got an immediate push from the authority. The only superstar from the former stable you weren’t properly booked by WWE was Dean Ambrose. He was highly agitated with the work of the creative department.

When we talk about the legends of the promotion, Bruno Sammartino surely finds a spot on the list. But it’s not hidden from the audience that he didn’t really enjoy his time in WWF. Vince McMahon didn’t have anything to do with the longest-reigning champion for the majority of his career. But they crossed paths for a short time and their views never matched in that period.
