Rhea Ripley took to her social media to announce the demise of her beloved Grandmother and is truly devastated by her loss. She had to say goodbye to her beloved grandma this Thursday, just before her Friday Night SmackDown event.
Rhea was truly attached to her grandmother, which can be seen in the post mentioning her grandmother as Nonna, remembering her loving hugs, and reminiscing about her cheeky attitude.
Rhea even posted a picture of her Grandmother meeting her the last time before her demise in February as stated by the Judgement Day member in the post.
With a heavy heart and devastation, Rhea made her final goodbyes and expressed her pain through her post.
Since the sad announcement by Rhea on Twitter, fans have been behind her and with her during this tough time.
A flood of tweets from her fans and many popular personalities showing condolences to Rhea and her family keep her warm for the time being.
Many wrestling superstars and personalities also showed their grief and support for Rhea including her stablemate Damian Priest, while others include Lance Storm, Renee Paquette, Ashton Smith, and many more.
Her WWE colleagues Bayley, Carmella, and Natalya responded to her loss and provided condolences to Rhea and her family.
Rhea was also seen paying tribute to her grandmother on a recent Smackdown episode by writing out ‘NONNA’ on her cheek which was clearly visible on this week’s show.
Rhea Ripley stole the show with her thrilling match against Charlotte at WrestleMania 39 for the smackdown women’s championship.
Rhea also won the Royal Rumble match being throughout the match and giving us an all-out awesome performance.
After winning the Royal Rumble, she also won the Smackdown Women’s title in a grueling match. And having Judgement Day by her side, Rhea is looking unstoppable and is on a roll in her professional life but is dealing with hurtful pain and grief in her personal life and is devastated after her grandmother’s demise.
