WWE Money in the Bank is a yearly professional wrestling pay-per-view and live-streaming event produced by WWE since 2010. It is named after the Money in the Bank ladder match, which was first introduced at WrestleMania 21 in April 2005 and was featured at the next five WrestleMania events. After WrestleMania XXVI in March 2010, the match concept was spun off into its own PPV in July of that year, with the match no longer taking place at WrestleMania.

The 14th annual Money in the Bank professional wrestling pay-per-view and live-streaming event, produced by WWE, is set to take place on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at The O2 Arena in London, England. The event will feature wrestlers from the promotion’s Raw and SmackDown brand divisions.
This marks the first time that the Money in the Bank event will be held outside of the United States, as well as WWE’s first major event in London since Insurrextion in May 2002 and England in general since Insurrextion in June 2003. Additionally, the event will be live-streamed in Australia.
Trish Stratus is to compete for the first time in Money in the Bank 2023
Trish Stratus is set to compete in the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match at the upcoming Money in the Bank 2023 premium live event, marking her third PLE appearance this year. This will be her first time competing in a gimmick match in the WWE.
The ladder match will determine the winner of a contract for a future championship opportunity at any time and place. During the final qualifier for the match, Trish faced off against Raquel Rodriguez of the Raw Women’s Division and was aided in her victory by her current rival, Becky Lynch. Zoey Stark was also present at ringside to support Trish.
During the match, Zoey caused distractions which led to Becky Lynch coming out to neutralize her. In the chaos that followed, Unfortunately, Becky first took down Stark and then aimed at Stratus, unaware of the consequences. As a result, Rodriguez lost the match due to disqualification. Unfortunately, Trish qualified for the Women’s Money in the Bank 2023 ladder match as announced by the referee.
