WWE superstars are flying to London and attempting to punch their tickets to title glory. The champions of the yearly ladder matches have an almost failsafe road to a championship at Money in the Bank, which takes place at the O2 Arena on July 1.
Following the success of Clash at the Castle in Cardiff, Wales in September, WWE will have its first major event in London since 2003’s Insurrection. Following shows in San Antonio, Montreal, Los Angeles, San Juan, and Jeddah so far this year, WWE continues its global tour. Two Money in the Bank ladder matches are part of the London card.
Here’s a rundown of the match cards and predictions for the event.
Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Seven wrestlers—Shinsuke Nakamura, Ricochet, L.A. Knight, Butch, Santos Escobar, Damian Priest, and Logan Paul—will compete in the male ladder match.
Logan Paul stated his excitement for the WWE big event and his confidence in his ability to win. It’s important to note that none of the competitors in this Money in the Bank ladder match have ever claimed a WWE world championship.
Damian Priest will prevail in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, in our opinion.
Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Vega claimed the first spot in the match by defeating Lacey Evans in a qualifier on SmackDown. new rivals Lynch and Starks won their respective battles to solidify their positions. When Lynch unintentionally slapped Stratus during her bout with Raquel Rodriguez, giving her a victory by disqualification, Stratus then joined Stark, her apprentice.
Six competitors will compete in the female ladder match: Zelina Vega, Becky Lynch, Zoey Stark, Bayley, Iyo Sky, and Trish Stratus.
Iyo Sky will prevail in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, in our opinion.
Bloodline Civil War
The Bloodline officially split when Jey Uso chose to join his brother Jimmy in rejecting Reigns’ abuse. The “Bloodline Civil War” bout pits The Usos—Jey and Jimmy Uso—against Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa (together with Paul Heyman). With a victory in this crucial contest, the twins should be able to finally escape The Tribal Chief’s control.
Seth Rollins vs. Finn Bálor (World Heavyweight Championship)
A world title match at Money in the Bank was hinted at by a match between Rollins and Balor that concluded the June 6 episode of Raw.
Finn Bálor will be the opponent for Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Championship defense. Although we think this will be an amazing encounter.
We believe Seth Rollins will win and keep the championship.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
The NXT Women’s Tag Titles have been replaced by their main roster equivalents, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler will compete against previous champions Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan at WWE Money in the Bank.
Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler are the favorites to prevail in this match, in our opinion.
Cody Rhodes vs. Dominik Mysterio (Singles Match)
In order to deal with Dominik Mysterio, Cody Rhodes has diverted from his regularly planned battles against Brock Lesnar, which are supposedly leading him back to Roman Reigns.
Cody Rhodes and Dominik Mysterio’s singles encounter will be shown during the event, after the F-bomb dropped on Monday night raw this event seems to be in the spotlight for fans.
Cody Rhodes will prevail in this bout, in our opinion.
Intercontinental Championship
Matt Riddle doesn’t seem to be rattled easily. Due to his decision to challenge one of the most dominating Intercontinental Champions of all time, he may also be lacking many brain cells.
Matt Riddle will be Gunther’s opponent when he defends the Intercontinental Championship. According to rumors that WWE wants Gunther to eclipse Honky Tonk Man’s reign for the Intercontinental Championship, the outcome of the much-awaited contest would likely favor Gunther.
Gunther will prevail in this match, in our opinion.
