Big E fractured his C1 and C6 vertebrae while he was facing Ridge Holland on the March 12th, 2022, episode of SmackDown. Unfortunately, his return date is not revealed. Consequently, whether he’ll return to the company or not is also under the dark.
2. Randy Orton
The next name on the list is Randy Orton. The Viper was facing a number of back issues for a long time. And during a backstage brawl with the Bloodline, he suffered a major back injury that directly ruled him out of action. We saw him competing for the last time in the ring in May 2022.
