Just like his husband, Brandi has fought under both AEW and WWE banners during her Wrestling banter and was in an on-screen relationship with Cody in both banners. However, she is currently a homemaker and takes care of their kid.
How did the couple meet?
Cody Rhodes first met Brandi Reed when he started wrestling for WWE in 2011. It was Brandi’s debut year as a professional wrestler under the company’s banner as well. The couple was involved in an on-screen relationship until they both left the banner to join AEW when it started.
Even after changing the platform, their love for each other did not decline and they were still a couple under the new banner as well. After a few years of dating each other on and off the screen, the two finally decided to tie the knot.
They announced to the public media that the two have officially tied the knot on 12th September 2013, just two years after the couple first set their eyes on each other.
How many kids does Cody Rhodes have?
Cody and Brandi welcomed their first and only child on June 18, 2021. They named their baby girl Liberty Iris. Mother Brandi, took off from her wrestling profession to cater to her little child’s needs as his father was recovering from an injury himself.
