No matter what division it is, NXT got some good and exciting matches. Last Night NXT’s vengeance day was live and today we are coving every game, reviewing it, and mentioning the winners in case you missed it.
Wes Lee Vs Dijak
The first game of the night kicked off the event just fine. Dijak was against the North American Champion Wes Lee for the title. As Wes Lee was smaller in comparison that’s why Dijak was the one who was dominating the match for most of the part but size doesn’t if you got the proper technique and that is why the results of the match fall in Lee’s favor. Lee successfully defended his North American Title.
Carter and Chance vs. James and Henley for NXT Women’s tag team title
In the second match of the night, Carter and Chance’s Women’s tag team title was at stake as they were against James and Henley. Now as we mentioned in our previous article that Kiana James and Fallon Henley will face some issues in their bonding and that’s what happened last night, there were a lot of communication issues between the two. However, they still are able to pull off the match and became the new NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions.
Apollo Crews vs. Carmelo Hayes
The third card was a 2 out of 4 falls match between Apollo Crews and Carmelo Hayes and according to many this was the game of the night, not the main event but this game where the two delivered so much action that covering it in a highlight video wouldn’t be possible.
Both of them performed really well and were fast and technical but only one can come out as a winner and that was Carmelo Hayes.
NXT Tag Team Championship Fatal 4-Way
A fatal 4-way match between Pretty Deadly, Chase University, Gallus, and The New Day, all 8 competitors for one title and that is NXT’s Tag Team Championship.
Throughout the match, all four teams were working hard to get their hand on the title, and what was expected, was New Day retaining their title but that didn’t happen instead, Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang were the ones who are the new NXT Tag Team Champion.
Roxanne Perez vs. Gigi Dolin vs. Jacy Jayne for NXT Women’s Title
The second last game of the night was a triple-threat match between three of the best ladies of NXT, Roxane Perez, Gigi Dolin, and Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women’s Title. So, as the match was in a Triple Threat format, Perez was at a slight disadvantage as Dolin and Jayne were friends and are working together against her but despite this, she successfully pulled the match off all by herself.
Bron Breakker vs. Grayson Waller for NXT Championship
And for the main event, Bron Breakker was against Grayson Waller for his NXT Champion Title. A steel cage match for the toppest level reward and they didn’t disappoint us by delivering an exciting closure for the night.
The champ Bron Breakker ended up landing a massive Spear with a running start to retain his title. So, he retains his title successfully and with ease but his position as Men’s Champion is not safe as later that night Hayes came and challenged Bron Breakker for NXt Championship.
