When we talk about the biggest or can say most famous WWE superstars, we can keep this name out of that list and after a long hiatus Cena is making a return to where he belongs.
The sixteen-time world champion was not seen in WWE since his match against Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn on 31st December 2022. He teamed up with Kevin Owens in the promotion of SmackDown and as you can expect, that match ended with a win for John Cena.
Now after a long break, WWE decided to bring Cena back into the picture and even announced the date when it’s going to happen. WWE revealed that John Cena is expected to make an arrival at WWE Raw on March 6th for Road to WrestleMania.
WWe stated officially on the record, they said, “16-Time World Champion John Cena will appear LIVE at TD Garden in Boston, MA for the 3/6/23 edition of Monday Night RAW. Don’t miss out on seeing this epic Monday Night RAW on the Road to WrestleMania LIVE! Tickets are available now via Ticketmaster,”.
WWE even announced this great news and shared it on various social media platforms and since then this news spread like a forest fire. On Twitter, they tweeted, “Sixteen-time World Champion @JohnCena makes his triumphant return to #WWERaw on MARCH 6 during The Road to #WrestleMania!
Cena’s plans at WWE
John Cena is considered one of the greater players in WWE’s history. He won World Championship Belt 16 times, he was 5 times United States Champion, two times tag teams champion, 2 times Winner of the Royal Rumble, and one-time money in the bank holder. A man who did all this in his career and a 25-year-old trash talk about him? I guess bringing Cena in clears all the intentions of WWE.
Austin Theory has been using Cena’s signature lines like “My time is now”, etc and I guess Cena’s return to WWE at this moment Just before WrestleMania says a lot, however, nothing has been confirmed officially. No plans have been revealed by WWE for John Cena’s return.
