Global icon and UK sensation Lewis Capaldi posed with the WWE title after his latest song ‘Wish You the Best’ reached number one in the whole of the United Kingdom. The song was released on April 1st and by April 22nd, it became the number-one song in the country.
It was his fifth song to achieve this milestone and it was in less than a year. His first song “Someone you loved” was the first song to enter the UK charts and even topped it. After that, “Before You Go” (2019), and “Forget Me” (2022) hit number one in the UK. Recently, earlier in 2023, “Pointless” become the number one song in the UK, and now in less than a year, his other song “Wish You The Best” become the number one.
On Instagram, Lewis Capaldi in a video posted by official charts was seen celebrating this milestone he achieved in less than a year. The best part of the video is that he came shirtless, or can say in a wrestler’s attire, holding WWE World Title and Tag Team Titles saying he is now liked to be called Booker T as his fifth song reached UK’s number one.
In that video, he was saying, “Hello everybody, it’s Lewis Capaldi here. Or, the artist is formerly known as Lewis Capaldi. Now, you can call me Booker T because I am a FIVE-TIME, FIVE-TIME, FIVE-TIME, FIVE-TIME, FIVE-TIME UK Number One-having artist. Thank you to all of those who bought the song, streamed the song, ‘Wish You The Best’. To all my enemies, I hope you perish in the flames, motherf**kers.”
He now started calling himself Booker T, who you obviously know is a WWE legend and even a Hall of Famer. Booker T is one of the greatest wrestlers of WWE of all time and Singer/Songwriter Lewis Capaldi posting him shows the respect this legend gets, even outside of the WWE universe he is well respected. The reason? just look at the history this guy has created, you can’t hate this man.
