Even though Bray Wyatt is no longer a part of WrestleMania 39, Superstar Bobby Lashley is still going to SoFi Stadium for the Night of Action. Earlier, Bobby Lashley was going to have a match against The Eater of the Worlds but as the match probably will not happen, The Almighty will draw with a new challenger.
Bobby Lashley first going to end up fighting another match with Brock Lesnar but somehow WWE didn’t want that so they changed the storyline and give The Beast, Omos to feed, and Bray Wyatt was given to Bobby Lashley but now Lashley will have a new challenger because the match between him and Wyatt is not likely to happen as Wyatt is absent from WWE Programs for a few weeks now.
As we all know for a match to happen, especially a big match for events like WrestleMania, you need to build a proper scenario and applying this formula to Bobby Lashley and Bray Wyatt’s match, both superstars needed to show up at weekly WWE programs to do some stuff related to their match but that didn’t happened as Bray Wyatt was absent for 2-3 weeks.
According to some reports, Bray Wyatt is busy dealing with some personal health issues which kept him away from the ring and will keep him away for some time. This means Wyatt will not be available for the match against Lashley. But this doesn’t mean Lashley will not go to SoFi Stadium in LA. WWE creative head, Triple H, reveled that they are working on Lashley’s new opponent for WrestleMania.
Now according to GiveMeSport, not only WWE is working on a new opponent, they even have found one and that could be LA Knight as Knight still have to find a spot for WrestleMania 39. This gives WWE a great opportunity to set both Superstars against each other for the Nigh of Action.
But nothing is confirmed as this situation is under development and an official announcement is yet to be made. We will likely have words from officials soon as WrestleMania is just a few days away.
