This week at NXT Stand and Deliver, former AAA wrestler Dragon Lee looks to claim the NXT North American Title in his very first match in a probable show-stealer fatal five-way match.
As NXT Stand and Deliver race its way at the end of this week, almost every match looks like a show stealer as the amount of talent in each match is above the charts.
Since winning the NXT North American Championship, Wes Lee is proving every week that he is a fighting champion as he has issued many open challenges in the past weeks which has certainly leveled up the bar of the North American Championship.
Upon Shawn Michael’s allowance, Wes handpicked his opponents for his title defense at Stand and Deliver. Wes Lee picked Dragon Lee, Ilja Dragunov, and JD McDonagh last week and then announced a battle royal to pick his last opponent which happened this week.
Axiom and Nathan Frazer being the last two wrestlers in the ring, put on an instant classic that made the WWE Universe go nuts before Axiom eliminated Frazer and punched his ticket to Stand and Deliver.
With the addition of Axiom, Wes Lee has to defend his title against Dragon Lee, Ilja Dragunov, JD McDonagh, and Axiom at Stand and Deliver in a fatal five-way match.
As tempting as this match looks, fans are surely looking forward to seeing this spectacle unfold as former AAA wrestler Dragon Lee looks to make his in-ring debut this weekend with fans behind him and looking forward to seeing him win and put on a performance.
For many fans, this match might steal the show and many have already declared it the match of the night. It will be interesting to see how Dragon Lee battles inside a WWE ring for the very first time and he will be able to dethrone Wes Lee and outlast four other superstars to win his very first match and win the North American title.
