CM Punk was present backstage at this week’s Monday Night RAW meeting reportedly with a number of WWE Superstars. He was even seen having a chat with Triple H but was eventually asked to leave the arena.
As seen by many, Punk was also seen interacting with many talents like Bobby Lashley, Baron Corbin, and Tamina Snuka.
CM Punk and Triple H were facing each other after almost a decade as the duo last met in 2014. Both of them had a brief conversation and according to many reports, Punk was down for a chat with everyone. He ran into Triple H asking him if he could have a small conversation for a minute or two. To which, Paul responded that only if Vince approved of it, he would talk. The duo was seen further had a talk for about a minute or two.
Punk was at his most presentable behavior and was ready to have a good conversation with everyone. His asking Triple H for a minute or two shows that he was there to make some big decisions and bury the hatchet.
Punk was eventually asked to leave the arena after having a conversation with some of the superstars backstage. According to many reports, he was asked to leave by Vince McMahon himself. Possibly, Punk was asked to leave by Vince as he was from a different company and he didn’t want Punk to stay for any long and give any controversial statement. Despite having small talk with everyone he met, it was a pleasant interaction and caught many headlines during RAW was aired live.
WHY CM PUNK APPEARED ON BACKSTAGE AT RAW?
According to different reports, there are different reasons as to why Punk was at RAW last night. Many sources believe he was there to hint to everyone about a possible return to the company. Although he is signed with AEW and the chances of it are very unlikely, it is still completely not off the table that he might return.
