Jacob Fatu, MLW champion and real-life cousin of Roman Reigns has been accused of being highly unprofessional by an NGO member. Major accusations were made against Jacob Fatu. According to NBC, Jacob was booked for an appearance at a charity event but at the last moment, Fatu canceled the plans. Fatu has not only been accused of no-showing at an event but has also been accused of not returning the money to the organizers.
In an interview with NBC 26 the Director of Development at Jake’s Network of Hope, Jenn Harper said that they are a non-profit organization determined to work for underprivileged families and children. She said that in the month of April Jakes decided to organize a wrestling event fundraiser hosted by Lawrence University. She said to make the event more special they booked the likes of Billy Gunn, Brian Pillman Jr., Tatanka, Vampiro, and Jacob Fatu to make an appearance at the event. Jenn added that when the final day came, Jacob rolled out.
According to Jenn, Fatu said to have a family emergency at that time and to give him the benefit of the doubt they booked him another flight ticket. Fatu however never came. He then called Jenn to let them know that he was not going to attend the show. Fatu then went on to ghost the organizing team and the person who booked him for the show.
Jenn and the team initially decided to remain silent about the same in public forums. But as they saw that Fatu has done the same thing with multiple organizations through social media posts. They decided to reveal the story in the public sphere.
But According to Jenn a big name of the Anoai family who do not wrestle anymore heard about the incident. He contacted the organization and offered to appear in Jake’s wrestling Fundraise event next year.
Jacob Fatu to Join Bloodline?
Jacob Fatu is the nephew of Rikishi, which makes him the part of Anoai pro wrestlers. He gets add on to the already long list of pro wrestlers which consists of Rock, Rikishi, Umaga, The Usos, And Roman Reigns. Jacob Fatu is currently wrestling under Major League Wrestling Company. He has won the MLW heavyweight Championship in the past. And currently, he is the MLW National Openweight champion.
So talking about the Anoai family there is one such faction that immediately comes to our mind and that is the Bloodline. Bloodline dominated the pro wrestling industry for a complete 3 years. But after the betrayal of Sami Zayn Bloodline started to crumble. And when Jey chose Jimmy over Roman, Bloodline officially broke into two parts. And the same Bloodline saga continues in Money in the Bank too. Where the Usos will finally fight against the team of Roman and Solo.
But According to some sources, WWE Management might be thinking of creating a Bloodline 2.0. This group may involve other Anoia wrestlers and would be led by Roman Reigns. Speculations are that Jacob Fatu may also join the bloodline as the Roman’s New right hand. Rumors started surfacing after Jacob post a tweet congratulating Roman for 1000 days title run.
