As the poster of WrestleMania 39 got released, speculations about Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler working as a tag team increased. It seems like the pair will face the Women’s Tag Champions at the grandest stage.
According to current reports, WWE is looking forward to giving the pair of Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler a tag title run for a period of time. The report also stated that the idea had been pushed by Rousey and she always gets what she desires.
Initially, it was guessed that Rondy Rousey will clash against Becky Lynch in WrestleMania for the WWE Women’s Championship but that isn’t possible anyhow. So, getting hands on the Women’s tag titles is a better choice as things currently stand.
On this week’s Monday night RAW, Damage CTRL’s Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai lost their Women’s tag titles to Becky Lynch and Lita. Most probably, the decided rivals of Rousey and Baszler are going to be Becky Lynch and Lita.

Last week, as Damage CTRL lost their titles, we also witnessed the return of WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus. She played a major role in the match as she stopped Bayley from interfering and helping her stable.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it’s stated that the WWE Hall of Famer can turn heel before the grandest pay-per-view. However, it’s still unclear what we can expect until WrestleMania 39.
“The only thing we know is that the Women’s Tag Title situation with the six women involved, as well as Bayley and Trish Stratus, has several twists and turns yet to come before the matches are finalized,” wrote Meltzer.
