Zelina Vega‘s passion for anime is no secret. The WWE superstar recently went on Twitter to show her excitement for the airing of the famous anime, Demon Slayer.
A decade ago, watching anime wasn’t something that was considered to be a good thing by many people. These days, however, a lot of people, including movie stars are avid fans of anime. It’s not uncommon for WWE superstars to be fans of anime as well. And Zelina Vega is one of them. She has been quite vocal about her interest in anime. Once, she even wore a dress based on an anime character’s design.
On a related note, the famous anime Kimetsu No Yaiba, aka Demon Slayer just started airing its 3rd season. Fans of the anime across the world celebrated its return and Zelina Vega is one of them. She posted her excitement about the new episodes of the anime being released.
Her fans reacted with the same excitement, some proclaiming that it’s their favorite as well. Demon Slayer Season 3 covers the Swordsmith Village Arc of the manga. Fans can watch the episodes every week when a new one is aired.
Zelina Vega wore an anime-inspired outfit at WWE Hall of Fame ceremony
At the Hall Of Fame Class of 2023 ceremony, WWE superstar Zelina Vega wore an outfit inspired by the Demon Slayer villain, Daki. Daki was the secondary villain of Demon Slayer’s Entertainment District Arc.
Her outfit didn’t go unnoticed as it caught the eye of both wrestling fans and anime fans. Over the years, anime had gained a huge amount of popularity, with a lot of people cosplaying their favorite characters on the internet. Vega’s outfit was perfectly inspired by that character, with her black laced corset and flared skirt, tied together by a pink bow which resembled Daki’s main weapon that she used in her fights in the anime.
This is certainly not the first time that Zelina Vega has worn an outfit that was inspired by an anime character. In the past, she has dressed up as Rock Lee from Naruto as well.
