Trish stratus was attacked brutally by damage ctrl this week on raw
WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus revealed her injury after sustaining a gruesome attack by Damage CTRL on Monday Night Raw this week.
Stratus was attacked backstage at RAW and recently took to her Twitter to share the details about the injury caused by the confrontation that happened backstage.
The multi-time women’s champion was assaulted in the parking lot by Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY in a three-on-one attack. They kept on attacking the Hall of Famer even after she was completely outnumbered. They even triple-stomped her in unison to finish the strike.
This assault went on until a WWE official arrived on the scene to stop this frightful scene created by the Damage CTRL. Even then they were badmouthing Trish until a few more officials came and had to drag them out.
Trish played a significant role in Damage CTRL losing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship on the red brand two weeks ago to Lita and Becky Lynch.
In the image, it can be seen that the injury is located near her eye to which she has captioned ”eye for an eye”. Trish stood strong after the incident and is now looking to even out the score with the girls.
The Showcase of Immortals will also see the in-ring return of Trish Stratus. The WWE Hall of Famer’s last match was against Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam in 2019, which she lost.
The last time Trish competed in a match at The Grandest Stage of Them All was in WrestleMania 27. She teamed up with John Morrison and Snooki to take on Dolph Ziggler and Layla & Michelle McCool in a six-person mixed tag team match, which they won.
