WWE Royal Rumble is all about surprise appearances and every year we’ve seen some of the most shocking surprise entries which boost our excitement. Just like this, last night in WWE Logan Paul was the reason for our jaw-dropping reaction.
Logan at Royal Rumble is defiantly one of the most shocking wrestlers of the year so far. But what’s funny is that he disappeared after entering and hid under the ring the whole time. He even eliminates Seth Rollins by throwing him out of the ring after surprisingly appearing out of thin air.
What Happened?
Logan Paul, a Youtuber turned professional Boxer turned Pro Wrestler, has been out of the spotlight of WWE since November as he was injured. During the pay-per-view of WWE’s Crown Jewel, while facing Roman Reigns, Paul tore his meniscus and The Universal Champion took advantage to grab a win over him.
Since then nobody saw him in WWE until last night when he made a surprise entry at the Royal Rumble as the 29th contender. WWE dropped a bombshell by releasing The Savage for the 30-man brawl, leaving a crowd of 50,000 in shock and twisted.
But his entry did receive much appreciation from his fellow contenders and immediately becomes everyone’s target but somehow survived that.
He stole the show when he and Ricochet collided in mid-air while attempting a risky move from the top rope. But after recovering from the impact, Paul started attacking Seth Rollins and throw him out of the ring, eliminates him from the Royal Rumble, and even shouted “Seth Who?”.
Moving to the final part of the game, Paul didn’t win the Rumble but was able to make it to the final 4 and which is a really big deal for amateur players like Logan Paul.
Cody Rhodes was the one who eliminates him by throwing him out of the top rope of the ring and eventually wins the whole Royal Rumble. Yes, Cody Rhodes was the Rumble winner this year.
