It was the evening at the Paris Masters when Djokovic lifted the trophy for the seventh time. It was a huge moment for the Serbian as he made the record of winning two titles in Paris in the same year twice. As the fans witnessed this historic moment they were excited for a chance to meet Djokovic in the gallery and get his attention.

Novak Djokovic says he wants to break “every potential record”
Novak Djokovic registered his seventh Paris Masters and 40th Masters Title overall in Paris. In the post-match interview, he mentioned his desire to break every possible record.
He already has 24 Grand Slams and has the potential of winning more Majors considering his consistency as a 36-year-old player. Rafael Nadal is two Grand Slams behind him at 22 and Roger Federer at 20. It is already the highest by any player and this record doesn’t seem to be broken soon. Roger Federer has already retired and Rafael Nadal who is struggling with injuries and has not played any tennis this year doesn’t seem to win any Grand Slam as 2024 will be his last year.
With Djokovic winning the Paris Masters he registered his 97th ATP Title and is close enough to breaking Jim Connors’s 109 ATP Titles. He is standing at No. 1 with this win and is just another title away from finishing the year as No.1. His win at the Nitto ATP Final will be the eighth time the Serbian will finish the year as the No. 1. He is tied with Federer for the most ATP Finals Title at 6. In the next month, he has the chance of breaking this record as well.
Knowing about all the facts, Novak is determined to give it his all to break every record on the table. But as usual his way of saying it was not something that fans appreciated.
“I am going for every possible record, every record I can achieve. I never had any problem saying that; that’s why people don’t like me. I do not pretend like some do, to say that I want to achieve something and then behave differently afterwards.”
