We all know about the bromance between Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo. During Ronaldo’s Madrid time, they share a great bond, and even after that, they stayed in contact.
In Euro 2020 (which was held in 2021) in the game between France and Portugal, they faced each other for the first time after Ronaldo leaves Real Madrid and joined Juventus.
So, in that game, they smiled at each other before the initial whistle and after the match ended with a draw both of them came together and chat for a little moment. By watching this, fans got really overwhelmed.
Recently when Ronaldo, unfortunately, lost his son, Karim commented on Ronaldo’s IG post and send his condolence, but when Benzema won his first ever Ballon D’or fans were hoping that Cristiano Ronaldo will congratulate his former teammate on his achievement but that never happened.
All the other former and current teammates of Benzema congratulate him but not Ronaldo. This makes fans very upset as we all hoping he is going to do at least something but we all know the reality.

In a recent interview, he was asked about Ronaldo’s message on his Ballon D’or win. The question was, “Did Cristiano Ronaldo send you a message after Ballon D’or”? Benzema replied, “No, not yet”, Interviewer, “Not Cool”, Benzema sarcastically, “Be quiet” and then laughs”.
He just escaped the question and was trying to avoid Ronaldo’s question. This leaves many fans wondering whether both footballing legends are still friends or not. We just don’t know this yet.
