Lionel Messi is arguably the epitome of consistency and great performances. And yet another time, the Argentine wizard has given a brilliant performance in Ligue 1, this time against Ajaccio as Paris Saint-Germain drafted a comfortable 3-0 win.
The 35-year-old is so prolific with the ball that he always somehow manages to get his name in the ball contribution. In order to break the deadlock, Lionel Messi assisted his fellow attacker Kylian Mbappe in the 24th minute.
The Frenchman later returned the favour in the 78th minute by giving the former Barcelona player a sublime pass inside the box. And without a single mistake, the Argentine playmaker gracefully dispatched the ball into the net.
After a couple of minutes, Lionel Messi again assisted the Frenchman in a spectacular goal. The Argentina International swept the ball into the gap and Kylian Mbappe made sure that his strike gets into the bottom-left corner leaving Benjamin Leroy bamboozled.

With the brilliant efforts given by the attack of Les Parisiens, they secured three more points on the matchday. The Parisians now have 32 points from 12 Ligue 1 games so far this season and remain at the top of the table.
Lionel Messi has now scored nine goals and provided 10 assists in 15 matches across competitions for Paris Saint-Germain. While 23-year-old France International, Kylian Mbappe has scored 14 goals in 15 total appearances in addition to his two assists.
Earlier, a report came out which said that Kylian Mbappe isn’t happy at Paris Saint-Germain and he wants to leave the club as soon as the coming winter transfer window in January. In the report, it was also mentioned that Neymar Jr and Lionel Messi can be the reasons for the soreness.
