This week’s SmackDown episode was a go-home show for WWE’s PLE Backlash. Backlash also features the Puerto Rican Rapper Bad Bunny, who shocked the world by aligning with the LWO this week on SmackDown.
WWE arrived in Puerto Rico for this week’s SmackDown and got a wild reaction when their Hometown Boy showed up. The Puerto Rican crowd carried the show as they lit up the arena with their chants and reactions and were highly involved in every match during the show. Bad Bunny was announced for this week’s SmackDown which got the fans hyped up even more.
The main event of this week’s episode featured a mixed tag team match. It featured Rey Mysterio and Zelina Vega of LWO against Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio of Judgement Day. Rey and Zelina won the match followed by an attack led by Damian Priest and Finn Balor on Rey. Bad Bunny marched to the ring with other members of the LWO aiming to destroy the Judgment Day.
The LWO featuring Santos Escobar, Jaoquin Wilde, and Cruz Del Toro along with Bad Bunny took out the Judgement Day. Bad Bunny had a face-off with Damian Priest with a kendo stick in hand. Dominik made the save for Damian and saved him from Bunny’s attack.
Bad Bunny made a huge impact hyping up the arena making fans come up on their feet promising an entertaining bout ahead of Backlash.
Rey Mysterio offered Bunny a LWO shirt which he accepted indicating he has joined the elite group. The fans buzzed with cheers and hooted for their hometown hero as he hyped everyone up.
Fans are still in doubt whether Bad Bunny will show up with LWO in the future or not.
BAD BUNNY AND WWE AHEAD OF WWE BACKLASH
The world of professional wrestling has been abuzz with excitement following the groundbreaking announcement of Bad Bunny joining LWO. Bunny, the globally renowned Puerto Rican artist, and Grammy Award winner, has been making waves with his captivating performances.

Bunny’s involvement in Judgement Day started with his interference at WrestleMania 39. He helped Rey win his bout against Dominik which made Priest unleash the rapper through a table during RAW. Bunny showed his presence after returning to RAW unleashing on Damian and challenging him to a match at WWE Backlash.
They both are set to face each other in a street fight at WWE Backlash which is a prominent match-up.
