Trinity Fatu, formerly known as Naomi in WWE recently talked about her Impact Wrestling debut and how she ended up leaving WWE.
After having a great run in WWE, Trinity Fatu formerly known as Naomi made a shocking debut in Impact Wrestling. Fatu returned to wrestling almost after a year after leaving WWE back in May of 2022. Former SmackDown Women’s champion received a hostile welcome to Impact Wrestling in Chicago.
Fatu was recently seen at the SiriusXM Busted Open radio where she was joined by Tommy Dreamer and Mickie James talking about her Impact debut and why she left WWE in the first place.
Trinity confirmed that she was not happy with the way she was being utilized in WWE. She thinks Impact is the best option for her and she will be utilized well in the company. She further reveals she was at her lowest after seeing the way the management behaved with her backstage. This was truly her breaking point which made her leave WWE.
Fatu revealed how she felt being used in WWE and was at his lowest after hearing all the rumors swirling around but is in a better place now. She thinks she is in a better place mentally and physically since joining Impact. She also revealed that she was also suffering from a shoulder injury for over a year.
Naomi also stated that she never wanted to wrestle again but thanked all the support of fans who were eagerly waiting for her return. She gave all the credit to the fans who ultimately encouraged her to make her return.
On being at Impact, she felt welcomed and embraced making her feel safe becoming a part of the family.

Fatu was also interviewed by NBC Chicago where she shared her experience. She revealed how she almost held back her tears while making her return to wrestling.
The love shown to her was overwhelming and she didn’t know how to respond to a crowd like that.
Trinity being in the Impact zone is surely gonna be exciting to watch. As she would bring a wealth of experience and skill to the promotion. She is a two-time WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion. She has been a popular and talented performer in WWE for many years. Her high-energy style, athleticism, and charisma could make her a major asset to Impact Wrestling’s women’s division.
