Sofia Balbi was born on 10th November 1989 in the capital city of Uruguay, Montevideo. Her father worked in the banking sector hence in 2002 her family had to relocate to Barcelona for his job.
Sofia Balbi is an entrepreneur who owns a Sarkany shoe boutique in partnership with Lionel Messi’s wife Antonella Roccuzzo. It is a branch on Diagonal Street in Barcelona opened in collaboration with the famous designer Ricky Sarkany.
However, this was not what she planned. She used to be a housewife and take care of her children. She married Suarez on 26th December 2009. They both have three children. The eldest of them is their only daughter Delfina who was named after Anfield, the home ground of Liverpool. The couple named their second-born Benjamin and their youngest kid goes by the name Lauti.
Sofia is 31 years old as of now and has an Instagram account where she enjoys 1.6 million followers. She is pretty active on social media and frequently posts about her family and Suarez’s game. She is a great support to Suarez and is the main reason for Suarez’s football career.
