World Wrestling Entertainment is all set to launch its is its 2023 edition of the game, the date for the release is set as 17th march 2023. WWE 2k is one of the most loved video game series worldwide and according to trailers and the information released it seems like WWE 2K23 is a level-up and a better version of the game series. WWE 2K22 was a solid game and fans expect nothing less but more from this newer version
According to official sources, The 16-time World Champion John Cena will be featured on the cover of WWE 2K23. The rich history of the superstar will be showcased featuring his career of 20 years.
Features Of WWE 2K23
Including the standard game modes, there are some newly added game modes which are Wargames, Showcase, and Universe.
Wargames
In this newest added game mode it introduces users to 3 v 3 and 4 v 4 multiplayer battles where two rings will be settled next to each other.
In this mode, two players will style in the ring and the rest of the 3v3 or the 4v4 team are held in the cages behind the crowd once the timer reaches the required time a team member is let out of the cage and the player has the option to get straight into the ring or go under the ring to pull out the weapons.
Showcase
John Cena will be featured in this game mode. This mode will show the entire journey of the superstar. Unlike the previous showcase mode, this version will also focus on the defeats of the superstar. This will be an interactive game mode helping the user to be engaged with the video game and also spread the message of “Never Give Up” of Mr. Hustle’s.
Universe
The developers have revealed that users will have more control in this mode than they had before in the previous versions. This is a sandbox mode, where the user can control the actions, even taunt the players which were not available in the previous versions of the game.
And the other standard modes will include MyRise, MyGM, and MyFaction.
EDITIONS OF WWE 2K23
The game is set to be released in 4 different editions: The Standard, the Cross-Gen, the Deluxe, and the Icon edition
The Standard Edition/Pre-Order Bonus
This will be the most basic and the cheapest version of WWE 2K23 available to the fans, this will not include any additional features from the other versions. However, pre-ordering this version will grant the user to The Bad Bunny Bonus Pack. Where Bad Bunny will be featured as a playable character and will also grant you access to the Ruby tier MyFACTION card.
Deluxe Edition
This edition will provide buyers with a 3-day early access, which means the game will be available to them on 14th March. This edition will also include the Bad Bunny as a playable character.
