The 36-year-old Novak Djokovic is spending his off-season in Dubai this week. While Novak is set to face Carlos Alcaraz in an exhibition match on 27th December in Riyadh, he is currently training and having fun at the Atlantis The Royal Hotel in Dubai.
The top-ranked tennis player in the world, accompanied by his coach Goran Ivanisevic, and the rest of the coaching team, visited the NAS Sports Complex on Thursday, December 21.
During this visit, they encountered former Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and other prominent fighters and coaches from his camp.
Khabib Nurmagomedov, sharing a snapshot of his encounter with the 24-time Grand Slam champion on social media, referred to the tennis legend as the “GOAT” (Greatest Of All Time).

Novak reshared this on his Instagram stories along with another picture that included many fighters and coaches from Khabib’s camp along with Novak’s company.
Djokovic is currently in the midst of preparations for a highly-anticipated exhibition match against Carlos Alcaraz. This event, scheduled for December 27 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will be a delightful watch for Tennis fans in the Middle Eastern country and around the world.
Djokovic starts his 2024 campaign from the United Cup which will take place between 1st and 7th January. The exhibition match and the United Cup will help prepare the Serb for his title defense in the Australian Open.

In a cool moment caught on camera, Novak Djokovic seemed genuinely amazed by UFC star Dricus Du Plessis’ celebration of the Rugby World Cup.
The viral clip shows Djokovic watching the lively and passionate celebration of Du Plessis and being hilariously amused by it. Dricus and other popular stars such as Rita Ora, and Jason Momoa were in attendance to watch the South African Rugby team take on the Blackcaps (New Zealand Rugby team) at the World Cup.
