Lionel Messi’s anticipated return to Barcelona next summer is financially “feasible”, according to the club’s vice-president of economics, Eduard Romeu.
Messi has been strongly linked with a move back to the Nou Camp next summer.

Messi is free to speak to foreign clubs in January after he has entered the final six months of his contract with PSG, with speculation rising that he could agree to rejoin Barcelona next season.
Messi was forced to quit Barcelona in 2021 as the Catalan club was unable to honour a deal that had been signed with the Argentina international owing to “financial and structural constraints”.

When requested if he become eager to look for his former teammate to go back to the club, Xavi said: “Yes, however on the moment, Leo has a settlement with every other club, so it is impossible.”
But he added: “We will see withinside the future.”
Messi, however, has indicated he may want to stay with PSG for every other year.
