After naming Rey Mysterio, Andy Kaufman, and The Great Muta, Stacy Keibler is the newest inductee in the Hall of Fame class of 2023.
People reported earlier today about the news of WWE’s Stacy Keibler being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame 2023 joining the likes of Rey Mysterio, Andy Kaufman, and The Great Muta.
Starting her career as a cheerleader in WCW for Baltimore Ravens, Stacy made her way with the WWF when it purchased WCW and was alongside Torrie Wilson.
During her time in the company, she was linked with various superstars giving endless unforgettable moments and some of the most watched segments inside the WWE.
Keibler worked with the likes of The Dudley Boyz, Scott Steiner, Test, Randy Orton, The Hurricane, and many more.
Stacy also set her eyes on Vince McMahon becoming her personal assistant in 2002. As Vince was searching for an assistant, Keibler’s seductive dance was enough to make Vince hire her which is also one of the most viewed segments of all time and is still used in many references to date.
Keibler even fought at WrestleMania in the first-ever Playboy Evening Gown match involving Miss Jackie, Torrie Wilson, and Sable in her very first WrestleMania matchup. The match was around the story of which diva will be on the cover of Playboy magazine and was a pretty popular feud in 2004.
Stacy left the WWE in 2005 but returned to the company for one more time back in 2019 inducting her friend and long-time screen rival Torrie Wilson into the Hall of Fame class.
Stacy stated that she is overwhelmed by the news and never thought that she would be in the Hall of Fame and feels really proud of her achievement. She also stated that she was completely shocked when the call came and was almost in tears hearing the news.
With given so much to the industry, Stacy is one of the most remembered divas of all time and will be honored and loved by the fans this weekend as she makes her way into the Hall of Fame.
