This is the first time in the history of football that a country from the Middle East is hosting the FIFA World Cup and the first time also when the matches are scheduled in winter, not unlike the usual June – July set because in summer the country hits the temperature of 47 C, so it would be very difficult for the players to play matches under these extreme conditions
So, now many of us who are going to Qatar wanted to watch FIFA at our homes. Here is how and where to watch FIFA
IN UK
The broadcasting rights for the 2022 FIFA World Cup are shared between BBC and ITV. As a result, all matches of Qatar 2022 will be telecast live on BBC 1, ITV 1, and ITV 4. In Scotland, ITV matches will be telecast on STV. All Wales matches will be telecast on S4C.
On Android and well as iOS, the 2022 FIFA World Cup will be live-streamed in the UK on BBC iPlayer and ITVX. In Scotland, matches will be streamed live on STV Player.
IN USA
In the United States, English-language broadcasts will air on Fox or its cable channel FS1 (many subscription streaming services include those channels, such as SlingTV, Fubo, and Vidgo). IN INDIA
