In a recent interview, the British actor was asked if there are any such incidents of requesting autographs or photos with co-stars. To which he responded about the incident about four years ago at the 2019 US Open.
Roger Federer was playing his quarterfinal match at the 2019 US Open when Tom had gone to watch the match. Federer lost to Grigor Dimitrov 6-3, 4-6, 6-3, 4-6, 2-6 and it happened to be his last match at the US Open.
During the event, Tom had the chance to meet the Tennis Legend Roger Federer in the flesh. He asked for the autograph and had a little chat with him. He narrated the incident during a recent podcast appearance.

Roger Federer was the global ambassador for the brand Lindt, which is a chocolate manufacturer from Switzerland. He was shooting for a TV commercial to promote Lindor Truffle candy.
The commercial video has been doing rounds on social media recently and one of the two lady comedians Julia was quick to comment on the video. She was overwhelmed to see herself and was all praise for the Swiss.
