The player returned to the Brighton and Hove facility after the new year only to receive a hero’s welcome. The coaching staff and the players were all in attendance to witness his grand return filled with celebrations and applause.

In a video posted by Brighton’s official team account, it is seen that the Argentine was first greeted by all the players and the staff. Following this, he was given a replica of the World Cup trophy.
As Mac Allister lifted the trophy, he was showered with confetti blasts from both sides. It was a beautiful display from the club to show the player their appreciation for their talent and contribution.
There were Argentine flags also pinned up on either side of the desk. A LED screen was set up with his image of the World Cup in an Argentine shirt. The video has gone viral on social media as fans loved to watch his return.

There were some trolls also who had a laugh at the Brighton cleaning staff after looking at the large heap of confetti that was dispersed from the blast. Brighton who is currently placed 9th in the Premier League table will look to improve their position with the return of their star player.
