Former Wimbledon Open finalist David Nalbandian was recently accused of secretly filming his ex-girlfriend Araceli Torrado after they broke up. She has now filed for a restraining order against him amid the ongoing legal battle.
David Nalbandian revealed his relationship with the Argentine model in February and they parted ways in June. The couple lived together in an apartment in Palermo, Italy during their relationship.

Torrado continued to live in that apartment even after their breakup. It was much later, that her brother discovered a security camera that was allegedly installed by Nalbandian behind a central ventilation unit. She immediately filed a complaint and accused him of harassment and stalking.
Apart from that, the 30-year-old filed a restraining order during a court appearance for her initial lawsuit against the former tennis star. She demanded the seizure of Nalbandian’s electronic devices and she is scared at the thought of her ex having naked videos of her.
It generated panic and anxiety in me to know that he has on his cell phone or in some application and I couldn’t have the answer as to where my privacy, my image is. We want the devices to be raided. I want to rest assured that it is not in the hands of a depraved person.
Nalbandian filmed me and recorded me for enough time to have footage and images of me naked and other private moments involving me, my family and my friends.

In an interview, former Argentine tennis player David Nalbandian said that he did not give so much respect to Roger Federer on the court that the young players have for the senior players now.
Nalbandian faced Federer a total of 19 times out of which he registered three wins. He stated that his key to success against Federer was his competitive spirit and that he was not overwhelmed by Federer’s presence across the net. He feels that the players nowadays give too much respect when they play against the ‘Big Three’.
