Roger Federer who is known for his on-court brilliance was often left in tears during his playing days. His Grand Slam wins were very close and special to him and he let his emotions out in the on-court interviews.
However, this was not limited to just the court. Roger is a sensitive human being in all. He doesn’t hide his tears when he is emotional. This was evident during the Andrea Bocelli concert live in Switzerland.
Andrea Bocelli who is on a long European and North American concert tour, performed in Switzerland recently. The event took place in the Hallenstadion venue as Federer witnessed his performance.

Andrea Bocelli is a popular Italian musical icon who has sold millions of records worldwide, and his tenors remain one of the most popular distinctive voices. In his Switzerland concert, he invited Federer onstage and dedicated the last aria to him.

As Federer heard the last aria, he clapped and wept his tears to blind Bocelli’s extraordinary voice.
Roger Federer joins Coldplay on stage as their “original band member”
Roger Federer was seen singing along with Chris Martin at a Coldplay concert in Switzerland.
British rock band Coldplay was performing at Zurich, as a part of their ‘Music of the Spheres’ world tour when Federer attended the event and Coldplay’s lead singer Chris Martin invited him onstage to sing the ‘Dont Panic’ song from their debut album Parachutes.
Chris Martin introduced Roger Federer as their ‘original band member’ in the video. Federer also played the shaker, a musical instrument, along with singing.
In an Instagram post by Federer, he shared a photo from backstage along with the band members and captioned it ‘Adventure of Lifetime’.
Coldplay also commented on his photo on Instagram
