Kyrie Irving has been suspended for five games straight without pay by the Brooklyn Nets.
Irving had posted on his social media about a movie and book with Anti-semitic beliefs with name "Hebrews to Negros: Wake Up Black America!."
His action had an adverse effect on the Jewish community and hurt a lot of people's sentiments.
NBA commissioner Adam Silver quoted Irving's action as a 'reckless decision' and was disappointed with it.
Irving later came up on social media to apologise for his actions and agreed to donate $500,000 to the good cause of Jewish community.
Kyrie also met with the commissioner Adam Silver on Tuesday when the NBA had taken a day off and everybody was on a rest.
