NBA Commissioner bash Kyrie Irving

Adam Silver was not satisfied with Kyrie Irving's non-apology.

The NBA commissioner, who is Jewish, blasted Irving in a statement Thursday morning.

He said, he will meet with the Nets' point guard in person next week to discuss the matter.

Silver said, “Kyrie Irving made a reckless decision to post a link to a film containing deeply offensive antisemitic material.

“While we appreciate the fact that he agreed to work with the Brooklyn Nets and the Anti-Defamation league to combat antisemitism".

The NBA, Nets, and NBPA all issued statements condemning hate speech and anti-Semitism without identifying Irving individually.

Irving and the Brooklyn Nets have each contributed $500,000 to prevent hate speech.

They would hold events at Barclays Center to educate people.
