LeBron James supports bloodied Russell Westbrook after a flagrant foul

Lakers won the matchup with Spurs on a 143-138 score line.

The third quarter saw the exit of Lakers star Russell Westbrook.

Spurs Zach Collins hit Westbrook's forehead with his right arm and ended up being called for a flagrant foul.

Russell got a cut on his forehead following this foul and was bleeding.

LeBron James rushed to aid his teammate with a towel to clean the cut.

"His health is more important than the game of basketball," LeBron said.

"So just tried to stop that and let the training staff do their job after we got him over to the bench."
