Riddle Bro suffered frostbite when he was younger & this is the main reason for performing barefoot

He says "I put my feet in the water, my feet were on fire. When I told my mom, she said, 'I'm pretty sure you have frostbite, Matt."

At one point they thought about amputating his foot, but fortunately, that didn't happen.
